      Pro hours cannot be beat, pay more than comparable jobs. The fact it’s not for profit/independent means quality and dignity fo care. Transit provided to nearby transportation centers.

      Lack of communication between departments can lead to tension.

      Committed to excellent care, CNA to client ratios have always exceeded their counterparts. Waverly has always maintained a high level of expectation for their employees despite staffing challenges in the past.

      Cons

      Many perceive that their pay has not been inline with the range offered in that region, for similar roles.
