My only con was it was a far commute!

great and pleasant place to work. Community based environment relaxed staff no micro managing . employer is excellent towards theirs employee's making you feel more like a family which makes a better work environment.

At the time no room for advancement to a fulltime position because people stay in their current position so long because it is a great place to work
