      Pros

      Benefits were great, the facility is clean and everyone who works there really cares about the residents. They also really care about the employees and take care of them the best they can.

      Cons

      I did not see a lot of opportunity to move up in my department.

      Pros

      Nice residents, good pay. Some of the managers are really nice while others are not so nice but overall it's a good environment

      Cons

      Don't get paid enough for how much work you put it. However they will give you gift cards and other accommodations for your hard work
