No Management, Not given last month salary to all employee
Pros
1. For those especially for ladies who are not getting a job, this company will hire you with a very less salary(10K-15K max) 2. If you like to gossips about each other, this company suits you. 3. No students, hence trainers need to take only 1 batch of 5-6 students for 2 hours. and work timing is 9 hours, so all day you are relax.
Cons
Where do I start....They have a bond of 2years which is illegal actually I work here for 6 months and this is my experience 1. No work-life balance - Mon-Sat work with 1 day /Month leave policy...if you want to take leave they will cut your salary(which is already very less) 2. Lot of gossips - Oh my god, imagine if you have plenty of time and not sufficient work to do what will you do...that's right you start gossiping...and here the atmosphere is so toxic you start developing an aimless, lethargic, nothing to do in life, everything is good, thank god! at least I have a job to tell others etc attitude. 3.Workshops - they told the trainer to take workshops and call everyone who visited, not visited er. student and promise them to give a job assurance of 3 interview calls if the student attained the workshop. (it's a lie) 4. Fake Review - a. For the student who attained the workshop, it is compulsory for them to give a review (that's why you see the high rating on google review) 5. No Facilities - When you will enter the institute you will see no. of Desktop but most of them are not working, hence the trainer has to make a compromise and take a lecture by 1PC / 2 student. b. No Power Backups - mostly on Thursday all day, the electricity issue occurs, and without power, the trainer needs to take their batch ( including JAVA, PHP, Software Testing Automation) c. broken chairs d. wifi password - they give wifi password after 3 months of completion...e. No canteen hence you have to take lunch on whichever compartment is free. f. Limited no. of markers / Stationary (c'mon it's a training institute, at least provide the necessary stationery to the trainer) 6. No Maternity Leave - 7. No software updates - even if this is an institute with limited no. of working PCs, they don't provide antivirus, software update, network engineer 8. Poor leave management - To take one day's leave the trainer has to wait for 3 days, continuously beg the management for the same... sometimes they cut your calls, ignore you, avoid you..just like you are their slaves. 9. Salary issues - After working in such env you at least expect that you will get a salary on time..but no! this is your fault you expect this thing 10. Management doesn't give the last 2-3 months' salary. 11. Manipulative people put garbage of thoughts in your mind. 12. You can be fire at any time especially the marketing team. 13. No Job satisfaction 14. The management will say "You have to follow the process" when there is no process at all.
