In my opinion the leadership team lacks alignment, leading to instability within the company. Business goals feel either unclear, unrealistic, or poorly communicated. Job security feels shaky, as the company heavily depends on ongoing investments due to weak sales performance. It seems to me there is lack of transparency. The company’s claims about its capabilities don’t match up with the reality
