      It's a pretty relaxed work environment and the people who work here are all wonderful

      There's little career progression, and pay rises only happen when the base pay falls below minimum wage

      Pros

      general staff are frendly, they have games nights lots of model painting talks.

      Cons

      managers and above have little to no people skills, quick to anger and tend to forget what's in your contract. I have heard a manager brag about how they know how to manipulate people.
