If you mess up, you are not treated as an employee, you are treated as a child who deserves a belt. They do not encourage healthy workplace environments. DO NOT OFFER A DIFFERING OPINION FROM LEADERSHIP. This is treated as "disrespect". Staff was told at the beginning of the year (by the superintendent) to not share salaries with one another. This only keeps employees from receiving fair wages. This negativity set the tone for the school year.
