Good Company at Its Core, but Mismanagement Is Creating Unnecessary Chaos
Pros
Working from home is a huge benefit, and the PTO, 401(k) match, bloodwork, and employee discounts are all great perks. Lower management is amazing, the team is made up of great people overall, and the CEO is also excellent.
Cons
Processes are often inconsistent and frequently changed without being fully thought through, properly tested, or rolled out with a clear plan. The launch of the new system has been extremely disorganized and has created unnecessary confusion and frustration across day-to-day operations. There appears to be a lack of strong leadership, accountability, and strategic direction at the upper management level. It is also frustrating to see little input being gathered from the employees who are actually handling the daily operational work and dealing with the direct impact of these decisions.
