Pros

Good annual leave entitlement after years service

Cons

Lack of Senior Management Visibility There is a noticeable absence of senior management engagement and visibility across teams, particularly during challenging times. Staff have stated that senior management presence tends to increase only when contracts are extended or when recognition opportunities arise for themselves . This limited visibility has created a disconnect between leadership and frontline employees, reducing trust, morale, and a sense of shared purpose within the organisation. Inequitable Pay Structure Current pay structures is inconsistent and unfair, particularly between central service teams and front line teams. Staff in equivalent roles in central services are paid up to £4,000 more than front line staff, despite being within the same job grouping. This discrepancy has led to widespread frustration, demotivation, and feelings of being undervalued among affected staff. The inequity undermines the organisation’s commitment to fairness and transparency. Inadequate and Disproportionate Pay Increases Recent pay rises are inadequate and disconnected from the levels of responsibility and risk carried. The minimal increases fail to reflect the dedication, pressure, and operational challenges faced by staff on a daily basis. This concern is amplified by publicly available financial records (Companies House), which show significant pay increases awarded to senior management. The contrast between these figures and the modest adjustments for frontline staff contributes to resentment and a sense of injustice within the workforce. Highturnover of staff High staff turnover continues to be a significant concern, driven largely by poor pay and limited opportunities for progression. Waythrough struggles to attract and retain skilled employees, most staff who are employed are actively seeking alternative employment some of these are long term staff members with 10 years plus experience . This ongoing cycle results in the continual loss of valuable experience and knowledge, weakening team stability and service quality.

Pros

Colleagues are most lovely because we all know how terrible the company are

Cons

Though good colleagues but they leave fast, the company can't maintain staff, service is not working well, need to keep basic training for the new staffs and even managers Lacking of man power, as a result keep seeking agency staffs to solve the problem but agency staffs also stay one to four weeks and then left because they saw the big red flag, and yeah, you will be the one to cover all those works Strict policy with terrible HR, micro management, lacking empathy, loose management, extremely low salary when considering the workloads, no transparent salary rating policy, bascially they didnt even announced anything about the salary after a year, you will need to request yourself if you want to rate it but it is always a reject
