Cons
They try to embody the 'new age' of working by saying that they have unlimited PTO, you can start work whenever you want, "they are not like other companies" etc. Like many other startups, it's a mess and not structured at all. Turn over is HIGH and people leave for a variety of reasons. They fill up your days with meetings, and get upset when you try to challenge the norm, even though they attempt to pride themselves off of being 'progressive'. Every time you try to give constructive feedback, they'll always find a way to justify it. Saw great people leave because the CEO basically likes to do everything his way, but will tell you in a 'fun' way that it's not 'company culture'. Their benefits are also absolutely horrible.
