Pros

- Office perks and prizes for contests - Seems like a friendly place for people who belong - Commuters benefits were great - Large organization to meet people from different countries

Cons

- Not many team members for Onboarding support - Management seems to only invest and care to mainly support people they like - Very white culture - Does not follow through with promise that if you work hard, you get more autonomy - Even if your numbers are talking, they want you to behave the way they want you to behave

Pros

Flexible work environment with autonomy over schedule Remote-friendly and generally accommodating day-to-day flexibility Exposure to SaaS tools in the travel and payments space Opportunity to build outbound prospecting discipline

Cons

Highly toxic sales culture with passive aggressive pressure and little support Extremely high turnover; it’s rare to see sales employees last a year Compensation is very low relative to the workload and expectations This is not a traditional sales role—individual effort often has little impact on earnings Revenue depends heavily on how well clients sell their own travel, which is largely outside the salesperson’s control Significant time and energy can be invested with minimal financial upside Reps are responsible for MANY steps in the process, making it challenging to simply be great at selling.

Pros

Unlimited PTO. Literally work or don’t. It’s easy to fake your day away.

Cons

The list can’t be long enough. My mental health at this company was so low, along with so many of my coworkers. (I can’t stress this enough!) They will make you feel you’re bad at sales no matter how great your track record is! They will string you along forever, so much carrot dangling. The salary is 47k and you really don’t do much, because there is nothing to do but call 100+ stale leads that have been beat to death day after day, month after month. 80% of my coworkers had a second job, but kept this one bc you can collect a small salary and focus half of your day on another job/task. The management is following the rules from the top only bc they have it made and they know it. It’s only a matter of time before this company meets its demise. Good ideas, but no abilities in the company to actually execute them.
