Money if work for it . Developed a bond in the branch with fellow people in the branch . Developing-you was amazing. First step into sales shoes other companies what your made of .
Cons
No basic after 100 for first 4 weeks . No life, mon-Saturday 8-till after midnight never finished before 7. Management moves about more than a bag in the wind . Never paid on insurances sold . You will cover the full of Scotland in one day . Edinburgh to Dumfries at 6.00 for a 8.30pm appointment wasn't unusual. Then a 2-3 hour pitch and home . No ongoing training. Your in the door showed the basics then out to do it . 250 a week on fuel and the added cost of tyres etc are left to you . Basically stay clear unless you want to trade your life for money .
