Pros
Weave is a company with a strong innovation culture mainly coming from the consultants and the CEO. and it is cool to work with the consultants who are coming from great schools with a very positive mindset. I learned a lot from the consultant and some great engagements. A great place to start business life for few year.
Cons
In the opposite, the partners and a large part of the management team are very conservative working to protect the position they have and slowing down the innovative positioning of the company with difficulties to win real strategic deals.
