      Pastoral support for students is good - from keyworkers and pastoral managers. Salary is fine.

      Headteacher is a bully SLT have unrealistic expectations and don’t care about staff wellbeing Questionable practice that goes against policy Exclude all the SEN students Multiple occasions where 10+ students excluded in one day ALR (SEN) don’t like working with students with ADHD or behaviour SLT believe it is appropriate to call staff after 6PM
