      - Feel empowered to work on your projects, if management likes you - Success is truly felt by you. Your project, your impact - Colleagues are nice

      Cons

      - Management fails at communicating clearly - The more you highlight what's wrong with the company, the more you have a target on your back. - Hypocritical management. Wants transparency and wants to hear the problems but gets defensive when you list them out.
