- Only advantage is you will get a very friendly yet employer centric environment to work.
Cons
- No professionalism, work ethics or process to follow. - They will expect you to work 24*7 and then too will never feel you worthy enough. - They are not running a company they just want few people to work according to them 24*7. have no sympathy for their employees. - Even if you want to be transparent and share your problem with HR or the CEO they will directly start ranting as if it's a market not a company premises. - If you don't think twice before terminating your employee or his financial status, how could you expect employees to think for you before leaving the company.
