      Pros

      I joined after seeing positive reviews of the company. Then after few days I found there is nothing to like in this company.

      Cons

      Everything is bad here. Salary not good, rude seniors, no appreciation for hard work, senior taking credits of your work, no incentives, increment not good, it's like a place where if you laugh or talk with other employees they will start shouting at you.

      I feel there's a lack of team alignment at the moment, and we could benefit from some bonding time outside of work. I know you don't often make yourself available for these meetups, but it would help the team if you could join us.

      I feel like our team's goals and objectives are not aligned with the company's wider strategy.
