B.A students are working as team lead and noc manager is from call center background. Team lead chew tobacco and plays pubg in office in front of everybody. These team lead cannot get employment elsewhere so they are here till this company is shut down.People eat at their desk, salesperson support staff all sit together and long queue for washroom. No proper medical first aid facility. No transportation and allowance provided to night shift employees. Rabale data center is the major dc. Many power incident has occurred here and customer is clueless. Sometimes there is fire in rack sometimes there is blackout due to power. In covid business of every data center has increased but my employer did not gave appropriate appraisal . The employer is writing online articles and telling everybody how company is taking care of employee which is not at all true. DC manager is asking employee to like, share and comment on fairy tale articles.
