Underpaid. Workload is getting out of control. The worst and most toxic management ever. They used to have 3 CEOs which is a joke and now have 4 presidents which is even more ridiculous. They should stop proudly saying that webbeds is the “SECOND” largest in B2B space all the time. Maybe that's why they will always be the "SECOND".

Salary: salaries are a complete joke for executives. It is nigh impossible and for some of us impossible to cover the cost of living without any other form of income (even after years of working here). Not to mention that for such low salaries we still have to deal with constant stress and great responsibility. Benefits: what benefits? We have a basic healthcare package that doesn't cover anything useful, so most of the time we end up paying for getting an analysis/check up. There are no Christmas or Easter bonuses and performance bonuses were based on the budget the department received, not actual performance. Management: most of the people in management do not care about the wellbeing of the "drones", only that they please their own bosses and get higher up the ladder. Furthermore the amount of lying, scheming, keeping employees in the dark and overall dishonesty is astounding. Advancing: practically 0 unless you are "buddy buddy" with someone who is already in the management.
