The team is very talented and easy to work with.
Cons
The management team is too arrogant to realize their mistakes. Employees are way underpaid and the management doesn't care about it. In a company that has around 10 employees, there are five Os(CEO, COO, CMO, CPO, CFO), which is funny. Not trying to be personal, but the COO in the company is quite useless. He doesn't know anything about the work he needs to do and he is not able to get his work done correctly.
