4yAlthough these comments appear to be from someone who has not actually worked at WebMO, and reported as such, we will provide some feedback.
Our team includes many long-term employees as well as others who are just entering the work force, learning the skills required for digital marketing, and experiencing office work culture for the first time.
For some, the growth and significant training we provide has created tremendous opportunities outside of WebMO which they choose to pursue. For others, the experience allows them to discover that they were on the wrong career path.
Our long term employees know that we are constantly working to improve every aspect of our organization including pay, benefits, hybrid work options, flexible hours and company culture.
