      Salary for Juniors, location in TLV near trains

      Cons

      Give you specific criteria for the completion of a given task, you meet all of the demands, ++. But at the end of the day, they keep on saying "we expected more". Why not specify the demands as this "more" to begin with? Will they then expect even more on top of that? Greedy upper-management that simply milk the Juniors dry, and the Juniors end up blamed for insufficiency.

      Pros

      The pros were definitely the regular 'happy hours' and the location.

      Cons

      The upper management has a history of creating their own narrative that, ironically enough, contradicted the company's data. It's all about office politics here, and if you want to survive, you need to be a part of the clique. In addition to that, people are terribly underpaid and management is vindictive and there is no space for work-life balance.
