Pros
1. In house food - Company provides good food including breakfast, lunch and evening snacks along with the tea. You don't have to go elsewhere for the food. 2. Latest technology - Latest technologies are being used in the company. Web API, Azure, MongoDB, Single Page Application etc are used in the company. The company is always ready to move on new technology and follow the latest trends. 3. On time salary - Salary gets credited on 1st of month regularly. 4. No dress code - There is no dress code. Casual clothes are allowed. 5. Employees - All the employees are friendly and helpful. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Good office space.
Cons
1. Long notice period - It is mandatory to serve 90 days notice period. It is not negotiable. The management is too much rigid regarding the notice period. It is an absolute unethical practice followed by the company. 2. Delayed appraisals - The management intentionally delays the appraisal meeting. Do not expect the appraisal on time. Delay is generally of 2 months and sometimes it goes even up to 3 months. 3. Less salary - The salary provided is usually less than the industry standards. The yearly appraisal is also given less. 4. No work appreciation - Good work is never appreciated. There is no performance bonus given to the employees. Expect harsh words when you commit any mistake though. 4. Work-life balance - There is no work-life balance in the company. You may have to work for long nights. Expect working on Saturdays and Sundays as well, without any comp-off. Sometimes artificial emergency is created to get the work done by the employees. 5. No extra activities - The company lacks the extra events and activities. There is only one annual party conducted. No picnics, outing etc. 6. No importance is given to the employees and only clients are given preference.
