- Large Compliance team, but limited access to said team. - Good pay, negotiable based on skill set and projects achieved. - Benefits are nice but could use a reevaluation; maternity leave etc.

- No work life balance if in internal Compliance team - Limited explanation on direction of Compliance; lots of remediation - Head of Compliance can be unrealistically demanding - Title on role but expected to play into many other hats
