      Pros

      They allow work from home but the whole setup is work from home. There is no office.

      Cons

      Weddingsutra failed to give a full salary to the employees for more than 8 months and still continues the pay cut. The working hours remain the same but they don't commit to giving full salary after getting the whole job done with extra working hours. Many employees were asked to work without pay and many were sent on leave without pay.

      Pros

      Working at Weddingutra was truly an enlightening experience. It helped me hone my skills in the luxury and wedding industry. Considering the size of the team, once can directly approach the top management for support/ assistance. I am especially thankful to the co-founder & CEO Mr. Parthip Thyagarajan for believing in me and giving me an opportunity to work with WS.

      Cons

      There are no downsides that I could think of. However, the team strength could be better, in order to facilitate better distribution of work.
