Pros
Interview Process is fair, onboarding is a spectacular experience, and the environment is open to questions. It is a place of continuously learning something new, The owner genuinely cares about her employees and it shows through the management team, working here was more than just a job its a community.
Cons
Always cross your "T's" and dot your "i's" some information can be lost in translations and having a paper trail helps cover any allegations made by other departments (outside of the Weitbrecht Communication team).
