Cons
- Standard startup growing pains - Lots of mid-stream pivots w/o explanation - Depending on the team, zero management or feedback given, which means when there IS a problem, it comes as a complete surprise since issues have never been communicated previously; some co-founders clearly view this as a hobby and treat employees/teams as such - co-founders have a lot of history and the public bickering/sniping they think is "cute" and "bro-y" is hugely distracting and unprofessional - absolutely no process in place for cross-functional communication and collaboration or sharing of major, company-wide news (ie -- informing everyone of a new market launch two weeks before launch date)
