Pros

Resume builder Team based approach Not stuck inside an office all day More time with patients in the home

Cons

Overworked with no compensation 50-60 hours a week at minimum, + additional documentation time Unbearable micromanaging like kids in a classroom On-call with no pay No flexibility (they convince you otherwise) Toxic competative salesman like culture from leadership. No worklife balance. No employee appreciation. High turnover for these reasons.

Rapid Expansion Begets Rapid Aggressions

I'm not sure I have any pros to discuss anymore.

Cons

Confusion. Agitation. Lies. Mismanaged. Understaffed. Overgrown. Shady. Discriminatory. Untrustworthy. Fully operates as a complete sham. I am embarrassed and shocked that I have somehow ended up working for this company, and more shocked at how rapidly this company as unraveled and revealed itself for the grotesque corporation it has become. They lie to the patients, they lie to the employees, and they have zero respect for anyone. It is physically and emotionally destructive to work here. Absolutely no one seems to coordinate across departments causing major confusion and destruction along the way. They activated rapid expansion with absolutely no staff, no plan, no valid ideas - then want to act shocked and surprised at the failure happening all across the board in all markets. There's consistent upheaval created by constantly changing office locations every few weeks, mass miscommunication, major changes in pay structure and pay dates, and forcing employees to take on tasks with absolutely no training, no agreeance between parties, and sometimes quadrupling the workload without any accommodation whatsoever. HR, which is primarily virtual and never at the home office, is an insulting representation of what Human Resources should be. There is absolutely nothing human or resourceful about that team, which is riddled with incompetence and lies.

Pros

salary and nice people and good training

Cons

Travel everyday about 150 miles a day to see only 2-3 patients, no mileage paid to and from the furthest location, not much prescribing, company is mostly concerned about high RAF scoring so they make more money, not much clinical decision making, most NP's were fairly new grads or had only a few years experience, not great concierge service if your patients are over 50 minutes from your home; you tell patients to call you you whenever they need to see you but you live over 50 miles from most patients and you have patients already scheduled for the day, so it would not be convenient to then drive another 100 miles to turn to go in opposite direction for acute sick visit.
