      Pros

      One key difference between Wellaholic and other beauty salons (which I worked for) is the fact that there are no monthly sales targets. This is important for me as I did not enjoy hard selling to customers. At Wellaholic, there's no hard selling, yet if we are able to hit a certain quota we receive additional sales incentives. This works well for me

      A lot locations. Near the MRT.

      Cons

      Bosses always check your GPS to make sure you're in the outlet. So many ad hoc work without additional wage. Difficult to get treatment and sales commissions. Long hours
