Pros
Welligence is growing quickly and it’s exciting to be part of a company that’s gaining ground fast. We’re doing better than a lot of our competitors, and our clients definitely notice—they’re happy with what we deliver. One of the best parts is how much ownership you get; you’re handed real projects and trusted to run with them. There’s also decent room to grow if you put in the effort—opportunities are there for the taking. The pace keeps things moving, and if you’re someone who likes to step up and get stuff done, you’ll fit right in.
Cons
The fast growth means things can get hectic—there’s not much downtime, and it can be tough to stay on top of everything if you’re not used to a high-energy environment.

The team I work with is great, everyone is very friendly and willing to help. Since it's a smaller start up everyone has an opportunity to work on projects that are higher visibility if they choose to.
Cons
In the Houston office they don't allow any remote work which can be frustrating. Strict 8-5
