Pros

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Poor management, no leadership. Abusive, toxic, hostile work environment. Partners yell, belittle staff and employees. Owner yells and cusses, like a 5 year old. Owner is narcissistic and displays behavior of narcissistic abuse. Absolute worst company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Low pay. Awful company. No organization or communication. Bad benefits. Don’t think about asking for bonuses for leasing, you’ll get fired. Don’t make a mistake, you will get cussed out. High turn over. Most employees don’t last 90 days here. Owner bragged about firing people during COVID like it was funny.

Pros

Good stepping stone. Walking distance to well deserved happy hours.

Cons

Commission split is extremely low compared to average industry splits. Hostile office atmosphere. Lots of yelling and cursing. Be prepared to focus on multiple markets instead of honing in on one and creating a niche for yourself. The offices in Houston and Austin are class C executive suites with the managing partner's work phones. Don't expect to learn anything accurate about the DFW real estate industry.

Pros

Working in the heart of Uptown was nice... Plenty of food nearby and good to walk around at lunch.

Cons

I'm shocked that this company is still alive and operating. Their website proudly boasts their "principles" and values, but don't be fooled - they don't mean ANYTHING in this context... Just pretty fodder for the website. It's interesting to me that since the time I have been there, the staff has done a complete 180 - all new personnel, except in about three positions... There's a reason people don't stay here. The managing partner is consumed with profit and wants to claim as much of that money for himself as possible. The apartments that they manage are poorly run, falling apart, and unsafe for tenants... Is this something they care about? Nope. Just want to turn a quick buck, so why pay money to improve apartments? The work-life balance is non-existent - you're meant to put the company first, above all else. Hope you're ready to work some meaningless long nights because other people can't honor a deadline!
