      Pros

      Company support, leadership will make themselves available to schedule a zoom with you. Great salary for an associate. Learning workshops/ educational trainings.

      Cons

      Heavy caseload; 25-30 patients a week. They want detailed reporting and will correct you. not a bad thing. Supervision lacked structure.

      -Abusive management -Money making priority, not patient focused -No individual supervision -7-8 back to back patients scheduled daily, no matter severity. -Expectations of protocols to be followed before establishing them -High turnover
