      Pros

      Collaborative team, helpful cross-functional partners, and opportunities to improve processes. Strong mission and lots of exposure to customer relationships, QBRs, and project work. Leadership cares and there’s room to take initiative.

      Cons

      Rapid growth sometimes leads to inconsistent processes and unclear ownership. Workload can spike depending on account assignments.

      Meaningful Work: Wellness Coach is truly helping people improve their health and wellbeing through coaching is fulfilling on a daily basis. Ownership & Autonomy: You’re trusted with high-impact projects and given the freedom to explore new ideas. It’s a place where proactive individuals thrive. Team Culture: I’ve had the chance to work with some incredible, passionate teammates across departments. There’s a strong sense of collaboration and creativity. Coaching Talent: The platform attracts some of the best coaches across wellness, mental health, and leadership, which really elevates the user experience. Innovation: The pace of new features and programs is fast, and there's excitement in always improving the product and testing ideas.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense, and things sometimes move faster than process can keep up with. Like many growing startups, there are still evolving areas in communication, structure, and clarity across departments
