      Pros

      I love the company's cause on creating a better platform for mental health care I also love the fact that they have this Collaborative model to earn passively for us. Fast-onboarding process as well

      For me, I think there is not any I could think of.

      Allows us to, in theory, have a private practice online even with a provisional license Supplies clients Insurance panel enrollment Offers free Supervision Supports somewhat with scheduling & admin

      Cons

      Pay is terrible & exploitative 30 & 45 minute sessions are common Mandatory free first sessions Super disorganized administrative "support" Awkward and strange AI assistant that clients and providers complain about Often times talking with support is less helpful than not talking to support
