      The manager facilitates a great culture and leads with servant leadership and selflessness. He actively tries to connect with techs here. The pay is a little over minimum wage but the company culture heavily makes up for it.

      Cons

      Working full time is impossible to do. Diverse responsibilities sometimes keep you on your toes.
