Been work in this company since it started in Malaysia.
Management will promised for 1 month salary bonuses, and 2 weeks before the day of paying the bonuses, they will deduct the amount saying is based on performance without providing any guidelines and calculating method for us to pursue for 100%
False promise benefits, management will ask you to work overtime to cover for the busy day and promise for 2 days replacement leave, but after working for the overtime budy day, the next day management ask you not to go work 2 hours before shift when I already on the way to work and said i am not entitled for replacement leave due to did not work more than 5 days in that week.
This company rather hire someone outside of company rather than promoting existing employees
