1. Learning opportunities are amazing. 2. Their Data Analytics capability is pretty effective and the learning curve provided to Data Analysts and Data Scientists is exceptional. 3. Transparent Management - they support all the employees professionally as well as personally. CEO is super reachable. 4. People are always on front foot to help you. 5. Zero politics and non-bureaucratic environment. 6. One of the best organizations to cater life time learning and challenging projects to work on. 7. They work on new cutting edge technologies, something very different than peer organizations.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. Okay well here is one: The work culture is so fun and the offices are so beautiful that you'd probably sit at workplace than actually being at home.
