Pros
It is great at first, the people really embody ubuntu and passion for their work which is inspiring, however even the brightest stars you eventually see their light dim due to the bureaucratic nature of the place as well as unrealistic deadlines and no work life balance. However High impact work that is very rewarding.
Cons
No real values, No real structure, Bureaucratic. Lots of politics which can make growth feel stifled. However this has potential to improve.
