      Toxic Environment

      Pros

      None, unless you’re the creepy CEO.

      Cons

      Expect no respect. There’s zero opportunity for growth, it’s all cheap lip service; I worked here for years. Toxic working environment in sad little cubicles. Buildings are rumoured to have serious health and safety issues they ignore.

      Political and lack of growth

      Pros

      Mostly good coworkers and owners are a great family. Pay is average but not outstanding nor low. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely political especially at the top. Very corporate environment vs family run company. Worst part: loves hiring new people vs promoting and giving internal staff opportunities for growth

      Went downhill, fast

      Pros

      Great boss (but he was pushed out of the company) for no good reason. Once we left, the entire department fell apart

      Cons

      Everything is a facade. the whole "great place to work" is a facade. employees are FORCED to participate in the Great Place to Work survey. If the company scores lower than they would like, they simple force employees to do the survey again until the scores are higher. the HR people are aggressive and unkind.
