Pros
Wages are OK. Honestly, that's about the only thing going for this place. But don't get me wrong, they don't pay well! Just OK.
Cons
Disgusting Environment (it's a rendering plant) Smells Horrible always. Middle Management is undereducated and terrible Everyone is always in a very bad mood, and if you're in a good mood they'll make sure you get back to their level pretty quickly. Honestly, the work environment is just toxic. Everyone resent new talented people, They're all worried about their own jobs and getting replaced.
