Cons
The management is an absolute disaster, gossip and bullying is rife within the company, not only within the lower staff but, all the way up through to HR and the CEO, Higher management are, rude and uncaring and devoid of empathy, and will only be nice if they have a 'use' for you, all members of staff are treated as dispensable items to be thrown away if they upset management, They don't seem to have grasped that if you are genuinely kind to your staff they will perform much better and respect the job and the company more, there are no job perks, or bonuses throughout the company, unless you are the CEO or HR, This was without a doubt the worst job I have ever had, If I could rate it any lower than a 1 I would.
