Brilliant colleagues, game-changing business model, cool projects, cushy benefits and work environment.
Cons
Nothing ever gets done, caught in endless spin, every project turns into a trainwreck, business model does not function leading to frequent rounds of layoffs, casual indifference by management to ruining people's lives. Big promises (to clients and to employees), nothing ever materializes. It's all smoke and mirrors. If you value stability and sanity, do not work here. It's all lovely, until it's truly terrible.
