Pros
There wasn't many pros working for the company but the ones I can think of are good quality tools used at work and work experience itself (I learned a lot about networking while working for the company). Good thing they had was Christmas bonus in form of gift card (every year, while I was working for them) and they added employee of the month (few month before I left the company) which was 50€.
Cons
Impossible to progress with wages and position in the company regardless of the skills, amount of quality work and overtime put into the company. Management is very bad as well and very disorganised at times which can be extremely irritating especially when you are under pressure to finish something (as it usually is in construction).
