- Free travel, food and entrance fees - Great experience organizing large groups while travelling

Cons

- Low pay - You basically work 24 hrs/day over the duration of the trip - The students can be really awful

I worked here for 4 months and left after i saw how they were ripping off families who were paying $0,000's for experiences that didn't go ahead and then refused to give them their tuition back. it was hertbreaking to have to deal wit calls everyday asking for their money back.
