Cons
Oppositional leader styles (or lack of) in senior administration and cliques (at that level!), and most notably, not developing nor using senior admin's MOST OBJECTIVE TOOL for running a vital business: a working organizational structure with useful policies and procedures. This simple, yet sophisticated process leads to proaction, thereby preventing that which distracts from patient and family care.
