Toxic racist management and co workers. Management was on power trips abusing their workers racially and verbally. Lost a relationship with my ex due to the long hours I worked here. There is zero work-life balance at this company and I was glad I left. WEM is the sole reason I left the civil game as I was forever dissatisfied for working in such a toxic cancerous industry all thanks to these guys
