Workplace Bullying is A-Okay

Pros

There are only pros to working for this company if you're okay with being taken advantage of, talked down to, or enjoy being generally bullied by your management

Cons

IF the district manager hires you on, she will make your life terrible until it gets to the point you want to quit ("constructive resignation") or, if you do something wrong- even if it is common for other employees- she writes up your termination paper work. I never got days I asked for off unless I fought hard for them and that includes all days I had to get off for doctors appointments. Paperwork doesn't get done (I was driving an hour and a half because the DM was too lazy to change my address on my paperwork), or it gets "lost" (my FMLA papers got "lost")

Pros

The customers were great. There's always overtime if not at your store other stores.

Cons

I work there 6 years. When I was going through a difficult time with my mom being on hospice, most of the management that I had were okay with it. But the last ones didn't care and since she was on there for so long they didn't understand the struggles we are having.
