      Supportive upper management and ownership care for their employees, ensuring that you are not burdened with excessive reports.

      Cons

      New processes implemented with management software were somewhat disorganized. The lack of additional staff made it challenging to manage effectively. The bonus structure offered was significantly lower compared to most companies.
