Pros
- decent pay - people leaders really do care - good wfh for the moment - work is pretty standard - good location - some great people - opportunities to study - decent banking benefits
Cons
- executives are overpaid and not sure what they actually do - general management changes as often as the tides causing frequent restructurings - lay offs multiple times a year unless you’re in the in crowd - push to go back to the office for no good reason - executive team are old, out of touch and literally all look the same
