      trying to provide clients with multiple fun sober opportunities

      high turnover poor management clearly don't care about any of the staff enough to try to pay them a fair wage or stop them from quitting

      SOME of the people there genuinely care about the clients

      Cons

      Incompetent CEO, Apathetic CCO. Management in general has no idea what they are doing. Profit over quality of care. For the sake of brevity I will just say, this companies moral compass is not something that most people would align with knowingly.
